-Establishes One Camera Multi-Use System, which can collect traffic information and monitor incidents using only one fixed camera that is installed on the road.

Using the camera that is installed at an intersection, SVCC detects traffic volume and its speed of all directions and provides that information to outside system.
When accidents or fallen objects are detected, SVCC generates Alert automatically letting system operator to respond immediately to the events.
SVCC automatically captures and stores traffic violations (illegal parking, driving over centerline, etc.), which can be used as evidences to the police work.
